As CEO, David leads corporate and client strategy and implementation at F/m.

Prior to F/m Acceleration, David and Alex Morris operated the consulting firm Rowhouse Capital Partners LLC. Rowhouse created Vestmark Advisory Solutions and grew it into an advisory business with nearly $1 billion AUM and an award-winning model hub connected to more than 200 investment management firms.

Prior to Rowhouse, David was Chief Financial Officer of Fortigent LLC, a technology and research platform serving independent financial advisors and regional banks. Before Fortigent, David served as Chief Operating Officer of Nylon Capital, a London-based hedge fund manager. David also was a senior executive of a VC-funded technology company that was successfully sold to Cendant Corporation in 2004. David began his career with Ernst & Young, then practiced law with Hogan Lovells (formerly Hogan & Hartson).

David earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science from Georgetown University, and a JD (with honors) from the University of Maryland School of Law. David is a founder and board member of Key Bridge Compliance LLC, a compliance consulting firm that currently provides CCO outsourced services and support to more than 50 RIA firms across the US.
